You will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their orders, sizing, style advice, or any other questions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Answer customer queries via email and chat
  • Offer style and sizing advice with a friendly and personalized approach.
  • Assist with orders, exchanges, and returns.
  • Help customers feel supported, understood, and well taken care of.
  • Share feedback with the team to improve the overall shopping experience.

Your Profile

  • You appreciate fashion and understand the importance of a perfect fit and timeless style.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
  • You are patient, reliable, and solution-oriented.
  • You work comfortably and independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in customer service or fashion is a plus, but not required.
